How do characters / credits work?
Each plan includes a character allowance for text-to-speech generation (for example, 50K characters on Basic Monthly). Unlimited plans, including Team Plan, remove the character limit. Character usage is counted when you generate audio. Cloned voice slots are also capped by plan tier.
Can I use generated voices commercially?
Yes. Voices generated with Voice AI Premium are available for commercial use, so you can use them in client work, products, ads, and other published content according to our terms.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Monthly, yearly, and Team Plan subscriptions can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase and do not renew.
