### What is Voice AI?

Voice AI is a text-to-speech app for creating AI voiceovers for videos, presentations, and stories. It started as a Canva app, where you can turn a script into speech and add it to your design.

### Can I create a voiceover on this website?

This first web release lets you explore Voice AI and listen to pre-recorded voice samples. Audio generation is currently available in the Canva app; the web generation workspace is not connected yet.

### Which languages are available?

The website is available in 27 interface languages. Each sample shows its spoken language. The voices and languages available for audio generation are listed in the Canva app.

Voice AI Premium plans for your Canva voiceovers.

Standard Canva app prices. Offers and final charges are shown in Canva. Web subscriptions are not available yet.

### How do characters / credits work?

Each plan includes a character allowance for text-to-speech generation (for example, 50K characters on Basic Monthly). Unlimited plans, including Team Plan, remove the character limit. Character usage is counted when you generate audio. Cloned voice slots are also capped by plan tier.

### Can I use generated voices commercially?

Yes. Voices generated with Voice AI Premium are available for commercial use, so you can use them in client work, products, ads, and other published content according to our terms.

### Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly, yearly, and Team Plan subscriptions can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase and do not renew.

For billing, refunds, a different team size, or any other questions, email voice-ai@imagination-soft.com. We typically reply as soon as possible during business hours.
